Negative lon Vegan Leather is a premium vegan leather. It adds natural minerals like rare earth elements and tourmaline into PVC, PU, or silicone coating, releasing negative oxygen ions to remove aldehydes and kill bacteria.
Antibacterial Performance
Under QB/T 4341-2012 Appendix A, the material achieved an antibacterial rate of 94.35% against Escherichia coli (AS 1.90) and 99.94% against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538P).
Formaldehyde & VOC Removal
Under QB/T 2761-2006, the material achieved a removal rate of 85.6% for formaldehyde, 81.5% for benzene, and 75.8% for TVOC over 24 hours (1m² sample in a 1.5m³ test cabin).
Mould Resistance
Under QB/T 4199-2011, the material was rated Grade 1 — no mould growth — against eight test strains including Aspergillus niger, Penicillium chrysogenum, and Trichoderma viride.
